December 2025 – Mastermind Update
The December Mastermind was a powerful and inspiring gathering as we welcomed Dustin Thompson from Southwest Christian to unveil the Spiritual Assessment Resource he designed for Collaborative Member Schools. Dustin walked us through the story behind this tool—how it was created, the conviction that sparked it, and the purpose of measuring spiritual formation with clarity and intentionality. He unpacked what effective spiritual assessments reveal, why they matter, and how schools can use them to support meaningful growth in students. To close, he equipped us with practical steps to utilize The Collaborative Spiritual Assessment Resource and design our own questions to interpret student feedback with wisdom and impact, unique to our school community. Breakout discussions and whole-group reflections kept the room energized, making the session both deeply reflective and immediately actionable.
